Hungary Work Permit Package
Immigration UA provides an official Hungary work permit which allows you to get a type D Hungary Work Visa, Moreover D visas for entitlement to receive a residence permit issued to third-country nationals are single-entry visas authorizing a stay of not more than 30 days, therefore we recommend to visit the regional directorate of the National Directorate-General for Aliens Policing responsible for the place where their future accommodation is located as soon as possible after entering Hungary to receive the residence permit and register such Hungarian accommodation.
Required Documents For Apply Residence Permit for Work:
- Valid passport with the previous (old) passports (at least 2 empty pages in the valid passport are needed!) A passport must be valid until the end of your employment.
- 2 passport photos
- Flight booking
- Accommodation proof for the whole stay period
- Valid insurance (just travel insurance, if general insurance will be provided by the employer)
- Bank statement about the last 6 months
- Signed preliminary employment contract issued by an employer. It must contain the duration and conditions of work and salary details.
- Valid preliminary “Workforce Needs Registration Form” issued by competent Hungarian authority
- Birth Certificate in English
- Clear character certificate issued by a competent police department
- CV in English
- Scan copy of valid Passport
- Complete Resume/CV with Living Address
- Scan copy of High School diploma ( if any )
- First Installment as per the agreement
